Who doesn't like a freebie?
It can be really expensive to take children out for the day - especially for families with several siblings. The Love Exploring website should provide a little inspiration and might save a few pounds at the same time.
You can also use the website to search for places to visit with an entrance fee. Sometimes you simply need to know what is near you that is worth visiting.
I appreciate that suggesting this website to the children in your class or to parents could potentally be awkward. Obviously it will be at your discretion as to how you use it. Perhaps you could just tell your class about one or two local free places to visit.
