These books might split opinions - but they are not as bad as many people believe they are - and they have definitely encouraged lots of children to read - which can only be a good thing.
The resources available in the Wimpy Kid Club are simply fantastic! For nine of the books there are detailed activities which relate to specific pages of the book. Ideas for class discussions, project ideas and worksheets are all included.
There is an additional set of lesson plans (again with worksheets) which could be used with any of the books.
This is a really good website which is well worth taking a look at. You will be pleasantly surprised!
